THE STORY BEHIND OUR MASSAGE THERAPISTS

Cheryl Conway, LMT, has always enjoyed receiving a therapeutic massage, even before she became a Licensed Massage Therapist. For this reason, she finds providing her clients with that same relaxing environment a particularly enjoyable experience. Following her dream to help others, Cheryl became a Connecticut licensed (#001810) and nationally certified massage therapist in 1998. She completed her training at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and since then, has owned and operated her massage therapy business. Cheryl has advanced trainings and certifications in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®, reflexology, hot stone massage, and bamboo fusion. In 2012, Cheryl expanded her office and opened Renew Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. Her business is located in North Haven, Conn. With each client she sees, Cheryl makes it her goal to provide exceptional care by providing effective, customized plans so that each client can benefit from massage treatments. In addition to working with her clients, Cheryl is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), and continues to take classes to learn new techniques and keep her certification up to date. She enjoys working with her clients and loves knowing that she is helping them to relax, rejuvenate and renew their bodies and minds each day.
